Our service is essentially to procure and facilitate the successful merger of highly qualified attorneys with established law practices who are seeking to expand or adopt a successful exit strategy.  Our approach is unlike any other in that we first conduct a sophisticated screening in order to identify goals of the law practice.  Once complete, we implement a marketing approach aimed at locating key candidates who are then screened and evaluated.   A detailed summary of key candidates is presented to the practice and a financial proposal is then designed to accommodate the candidate and the practice.  We work with partners in various industries in order to offer the most sophisticated practice analysis available and we have affiliates and in a number of other states to attract potential candidates with an interest in the Florida market.
